Terms of Use
These Terms explain the rules for using Our Family App, including family-controlled permissions, user content, payments, acceptable use, and service responsibilities.
1. Agreement to These Terms
By accessing or using Our Family App, a demo, or related Copilot For You services, you agree to these Terms of Use and the policies linked from them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Family-Controlled Service
Our Family App provides tools for family communication, organization, memories, connections, public and private content, permissions, and related family functions. Each family determines how it uses the available features. Features may evolve, be added, changed, suspended, or removed as the service develops.
3. Roles, Accounts, and Authority
Family Apps may include SUPER ADMIN, Admin, Member, and Social Connection roles. Access to individual features may also depend on permissions set by the family. Users may not access another person's account or impersonate another person without authorization.
Demo environments may include test-user switching solely to demonstrate the product. Demo switching is not representative of production authentication.
4. Family Admin Responsibility
Family Admins are responsible for the people they add, the permissions they assign, the content they make public or private, and the authority they exercise over family-managed profiles. Parents and guardians are responsible for decisions involving minors under their care.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of content you lawfully provide. You grant Starin Solutions LLC the limited rights reasonably necessary to host, process, display, transmit, back up, and otherwise operate that content as part of the service.
You may not upload content you do not have the right to use or content prohibited by our Acceptable Use Policy.
6. Service Availability and Changes
We work to keep the service available and useful, but uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. Maintenance, hosting failures, security events, third-party service failures, Internet conditions, or other circumstances may affect availability.
Our Family App is actively developed. Features and interfaces may be improved or revised over time.
7. Fees and Renewals
Current fees and promotional terms are stated at the time of purchase. The Las Vegas launch promotion is $25 per year, and qualifying customers who order during the stated promotion lock in the $25 annual renewal price while their service remains continuously active and in good standing, subject to the Payment, Renewal & Refund Policy.
Current Zelle and Cash App payments are manually initiated by the customer; we do not automatically debit those accounts for annual renewals.
8. Suspension or Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated for nonpayment, serious or repeated violations of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, unlawful activity, security threats, fraud, or misuse that threatens the service or other users.
9. Disclaimers and Limitation
Our Family App is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. It is a family communication and organization service, not an emergency response service, medical service, legal service, or substitute for professional safety systems.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Starin Solutions LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
