Yes. Public, Family, Connection, Selected People and Private access are core concepts of the app.
Do I have to use every feature?
No. Turn off anything your family does not want. The app is meant to adapt to different families.
Can children use it?
Yes, subject to the family’s parental-control settings, account permissions and supervision choices.
Is there an app?
Yes. Our Family App is a web-based app rather than a mobile-only app. Family members can securely access it from the browser on phones, tablets, laptops and computers, so they are not limited to one type of device or operating system.
Being listed in the Apple App Store or Google Play is simply one way an app can be distributed. It is not what determines whether something is an app.
Our Family App provides the interactive features and functionality of an application directly through the web. On supported mobile devices, you can also add Our Family App to your Home Screen, creating an icon you can tap much like any other app for quick, convenient access.
What happens to our data if we cancel?
You will be given the option to have your data deleted or archived. You will also have the opportunity to download your stored data before deletion. If you choose deletion, your data is completely removed from our database.
Does the company ever access family information?
We do not access personal family details as part of normal operations. We may access limited account information that is necessary to operate and support the service, such as authorized users on the account and other information required for account administration or technical support.
Do you sell or share family data?
Never. We do not sell our users’ information, share it for marketing purposes, or spam our users. We are adamantly opposed to those practices.
Can I change things later?
Yes. Family admins are able to add, edit, hide, remove and reorganize extensive content from inside the app including the color and look of the App as well as content that is most useful to your family.
