Privacy Policy

Our Family App is private by default and designed to give families meaningful control over their information, visibility, permissions, and connections.

1. Who We Are

Our Family App is offered by Starin Solutions LLC through Copilot For You. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, shared, stored, and controlled when you visit Copilot For You, use an Our Family App demo, place an order, or use an activated Family App.

2. Information We May Collect

Account / Order Information
Name, email address, phone number, family name, order number, payment method, payment-report details, and account status.
Family App Content
Information users choose to enter or upload, including profiles, family relationships, photos, messages, events, lists, documents, favorites, public content, private content, and other family-created material.
Minor Information
Information about children or minors that a parent, guardian, or authorized Family Admin chooses to add or permits the child to provide, subject to applicable parental-control and consent requirements.
Technical Information
Device/browser information, IP address, security logs, session information, feature usage, and other information needed to operate, protect, troubleshoot, and improve the service.
Demo Information
Information entered into a temporary demo Family App. Demo environments are intended for testing and may be automatically removed after the demo period.

3. How We Use Information

  • Provide, operate, personalize, secure, and support Our Family App.
  • Create and maintain Family App accounts, permissions, roles, and family-controlled visibility settings.
  • Process and verify orders, payment reports, renewals, and referral activity.
  • Send account, support, payment, security, and service communications.
  • Detect abuse, fraud, unauthorized access, technical failures, or security problems.
  • Comply with applicable law and respond to valid legal requests.
  • Improve features and the customer experience.
No advertising model. Our Family App is designed as an ad-free family service. We do not use family content to place third-party advertising inside the Family App.

4. Public and Private Family Content

Our Family App allows Family Admins and authorized users to choose whether certain content is public, family-only, limited to selected people or connections, or otherwise restricted. Users are responsible for choosing appropriate visibility settings. Information intentionally made public may be seen, copied, or shared by others outside the family.

5. Sharing of Information

We may share information with service providers when reasonably necessary to host, secure, deliver, troubleshoot, or support the service; with payment platforms when a customer chooses to use them; when directed or authorized by the user or Family Admin; or when required by law.

We do not sell family content or personal information for monetary consideration. If our practices materially change, this Policy will be updated and applicable privacy rights will be honored.

6. Data Retention and Security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain records, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and meet legal or operational obligations. Demo data may be deleted automatically after the demo period. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no Internet service can guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Privacy Choices and Nevada Requests

You may ask to review, correct, or delete certain information by contacting privacy@copilotforyou.com. We may need to verify the identity and authority of the person making the request before acting on it.

Nevada residents may submit applicable privacy requests through the same address. We will process covered requests as required by applicable Nevada law.

8. Children and Minors

Our Family App is a family-managed service. Parents, guardians, and authorized Family Admins control whether and how minors participate. Special rules apply to children under 13. Please review our Children & Family Privacy Policy.

9. Policy Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy as the service, technology, or legal requirements change. Material changes will be posted with an updated effective date and, when appropriate, communicated to affected users.
