Payment, Renewal & Refund Policy
Our Family App uses simple annual pricing. This page explains the Las Vegas launch promotion, locked renewal rate, Zelle/Cash App payments, renewals, and payment reviews.
1. Current Las Vegas Launch Price
The current Las Vegas hometown launch promotion is $25 per year, reduced from the regular $69 annual price shown during the promotion.
2. Annual Renewal
Our Family App pricing is annual. Under the current Zelle/Cash App launch payment process, renewals are not automatically charged. Customers will be asked to submit the applicable annual renewal payment.
If a renewal is not paid when due, service may be suspended or discontinued after reasonable notice. If service lapses and is later restarted, promotional pricing may no longer be available.
3. Why Zelle or Cash App Only During the Promotion?
During the Promotion period in Las Vegas we are offering the App at the absolute minimum pricing and traditional payment transaction fees would simply not allow us to do so. For that same reason, we have yet to decide on placing the App on the large App stores as they charge fees of 15% to 30% which only adds costs to pass on to the families. We try to be budget friendly in all our offers, however the current economy makes us even more vigilant of costs that we pass on to our customers.

4. Payment Reporting and Confirmation
Customers should use their Family App order number in the payment note whenever possible and then report the payment through the order page. Payments are manually reviewed. Confirmation is expected to be completed swiftly, but exact timing is not guaranteed.

5. Refunds
If you believe a payment was duplicated, sent in error, not properly credited, or otherwise requires review, contact billing@copilotforyou.com promptly.
Because Our Family App is a digital service that may involve activation, setup, support, and access privileges, refund requests are reviewed based on the circumstances, the status of activation, services already provided, and applicable law. Nothing in this Policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights.
6. Pricing or Policy Changes
We may change pricing for new customers or future promotions. A properly locked $25/year Las Vegas promotional renewal rate will not be increased merely because the regular price changes, so long as the qualifying account remains continuously active and in good standing.
